You are the GM with a $100m team salary cap to manage. Follow the Player Salary Market and make as many roster changes as you feel necessary from week to week. Welcome to the most intense Fantasy Football game on the web... Loaded Salary Cap Challenge.
This game is managed entirely online. Here is how the game is broken down:
Team Selection
• You have the opportunity to select your initial team roster. The entire NFL Player Pool will be available to you, with each player assigned a Player Salary.
• You will assemble a roster consisting of 2 QBs, 4 RBs, 4 WRs, 2 TEs, 2 K, 2 DEF, and 3 Bench Players.
• Your combined salaries of your starting lineup cannot exceed $100 million. The values of your Bench Players will not count toward the $100 million salary unless they are promoted to your starting lineup.
Player Market & Roster Transactions
• At the start of every NFL Week, Player Salary Values will be updated. This is known as the Player Market.
• You will have the opportunity to make as many roster moves as you would like over the course of the entire season. Therefore, you can conceivably have an entirely new team from one week to the next.
• Dropping a player on your roster for a new player on the Player Market is called a Trade. A team must purchase trades in advance via the RosterDoc.com Cashier. One trade costs $1, but we do offer trade bundles to reduce the cost greatly.
League Format – Regular Season
• Teams are placed in leagues of 16. You will only compete against these teams during the regular season.
• The regular season lasts from Week 1-13
• Standings will be based on a Victory Point System, where all 16 teams compete against one another every week of the regular season. There are no head-to-head matchups.
• At the end of each week, teams will be awarded Victory Points based on their Fantasy Points score ranking for the week. For example, the highest scoring team for the week will receive 16 Victory Points...the 2nd highest scoring team will receive 15 Victory Points…the lowest scoring team of the week will receive 1 Victory Point.
• At the conclusion of Week 13, League Prizes will be awarded based on final Victory Point totals. 1st Place will receive $150; 2nd Place $50; 3rd Place $25; 4th Place $20 in RosterDoc Dollars (to be used for any RosterDoc.com contest).

Weekly Deadlines
Players can be traded on/off your active roster at any time before their game begins that week. Once that player’s game begins for the week, he is locked on your team. This holds true for all players, regardless of the day of their game (Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, etc.).
Cancelled / Postponed Games
In the event of a cancelled or postponed game, players will still receive points for the week if the game is played before 11:59PM on Wednesday night following the originally scheduled game. If the game is not made up by the following Wednesday, players from those teams on active rosters will receive 0 points.
Trading Players
You can only trade a player for another player at the same position. There is no limit to the amount of trades a GM can process. To trade a player, use the "Edit Roster" tab at the top of the page. Click the “Drop” button next to the name of the player that you wish to trade. You will be brought to the free agent screen, which will show a list of all players at that position as well as their salaries. Click the “Add” button next to the player you wish to add to your team. You can make as many trades from this screen as necessary. Trade are not subtracted from your account until you click "Apply To Roster".
Payroll Cap
You must keep your team payroll under $100 million to be eligible for points. If your payroll is over $100 million after all your players have played that week, your team will be scored a zero for the week.
Roster
Each GM will be given a $100 million payroll to work with each week. Your active roster (16 players) must stay at $100 million or less at all times. Player values will be listed next to each player. These players will remain on your team until you trade them off your team.
Starting Lineup Consists of:
2 Quarterbacks
4 Runningbacks
4 Wide Receivers
2 Tight Ends
2 Kickers
2 Defense/Special Teams
Bench
Each team will have 3 bench slots. Players on your bench will have their salaries frozen the same way players on your active roster do. Additionally, the players on your bench do not count towards your $100 million payroll cap. Once a player is placed on your bench, his salary is frozen until you trade him to your active lineup. This is an effective way of snapping up a player at a low value with hopes that he becomes a fantasy stud during the season.
Player Salary Changes
Player salaries will change weekly in the RosterDoc.com Loaded Salary Cap Game. Players on your active roster will always have their salaries frozen and will not fluctuate automatically. For example, your active QB has a salary of $5 million in Week 5 and in Week 6 his salary is $4M. That QB's salary will remain at $5 million unless you trade him off your active roster. Alternatively, it is important to note that if the QB's salary goes from $5m to $8m, you will retain that QB at his original $5m salary.
Roster Transaction Page – Trades and Bench Swaps
To insert a bench player into your lineup, go to the "Edit Roster" tab at the top of the page. Make the necessary bench swaps and click the "update positions" button. Please note that you still must stay under the $100 salary cap when making a bench swap. There is no fee for a bench swap.
Trading Players
You can only trade a player for another player at the same position. There is no limit to the amount of trades a GM can process. To trade a player, use the "Edit Roster" tab at the top of the page.
